Agony In The Living Room

Agony In The Living Room is a Minnesotan five-piece group that formed over a shared passion for music. Fans of the band have called them anything from alt-rock and indie-folk to classic-rock-inspired and even having a shoegaze-influenced wall of sound. In the summer of 2025, they released their debut three-song EP, entitled “Walkthrough”. Since then, they have had an album in the works, with its first single, “Can’t Help Myself,” having been released in February of 2026. They are also building a catalog of live albums recorded at various shows. Since their formation in the summer of 2024, they have played over 45 shows throughout the Twin Cities. From venues like 7th Street Entry, the Green Room, and Pillar Forum, to Zhora Darling! and Underground Music. Whether it’s a basement house show or a large venue like Amsterdam Bar & Hall, they will always deliver.
