Wooden Vessels is a dungeon synth project started by Aveline in 2021. All albums take place in the fictional world of Dausedmera. A short story accompanies each album. The sound design approach & aesthetic choices change from album to album. Many albums are completed as part of music-making challenges (Dungeon Rush, Dungeon Shamble) that set things like restrictions, subgenres, and story-telling elements to drive inspiration and creativity.
