Something Meets Boy: A post-punk band from Minneapolis. Focusing on an eclectic blend of happy melodies, thumping bass, and pounding drums. They write songs with a wide variety of topics ranging from introspective substance abuse to a fierce hatred of the corporate environment. The band consists of guitarists/vocalists Kevin Mosher and Tom Blackburn, bassist Conner Gorby and drummer Stephen Legatt. ahem: Minneapolis powerpop / records and tapes with Forged Artifacts Moneybones is a rock trio from Minneapolis. They've been playing together for three years with a heavy, melodic sound that owes as much to blues as it does to metal. Their live shows are hard to predict and hard to forget.
