PITH is a Minneapolis-based heavy alt-rock band that blends elements of punk, shoegaze, rock, and metal into a sound that could be best described as “puckeringly zesty.” The 5-piece group makes it their mission to ensure that the energy and vibes stay up all night! Porch Knights is a Minneapolis rock and roll band now anchored by the addition of bassist Jason Dahl, joining longtime collaborators Maxwell Kubala and Ryan Bandy. Known for their chaotic energy and emotionally charged songwriting, the band’s most recent album, a little darkness to get you going, marked a shift—built on new instruments, unexpected influences, and a restless drive to create something different. They continue to evolve into new songs driven by Jason’s addition, but the spirit remains the same: listen loud. Rock and/or roll.
