Early Work Records

Founded in 2024 by three lifelong musicians, childhood friends, and former bandmates, Early Work Records is more than a record label. It's a nonprofit organization whose mission is to provide support to artists in the early stages of their careers, providing private demo feedback, publishing thoughtful and supportive reviews of early releases, and helping bands in the initial phases of their careers get physical merchandise into the world. Headquartered in the Twin Cities, Early Work supports artists across the country in a variety of genres. We have our ears out for any authentic expression and unique perspectives on music, regardless of style, skill level, or mass appeal. That said we skew indie rock and love a psychedelic edge.
